• Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid) ................................ 100% w/w

• No added excipients

Indications

VETA-C® Powder is indicated for the treatment and prevention of Vitamin C deficiency and as supportive therapy in animals during conditions such as:

• Heat stress and transport stress

• Vaccination and disease outbreaks

• Poor appetite and reduced performance

• Immune suppression

• Recovery after illness or infection

• Support during bacterial and viral challenges

• Improvement of resistance to stress and fatigue

Vitamin C plays a vital role in immune function, antioxidant defense, collagen synthesis, and stress resistance.

Dosage and Administration

Route: Oral administration via drinking water or feed

Recommended dosage:

Poultry

• 0.5–1 g per liter of drinking water

• For 3–5 consecutive days

Calves, Lambs & Kids

• 2–5 g per animal per day

• For 3–5 days

Cattle, Camels & Horses

• 5–10 g per animal per day

• For 3–5 days

Sheep & Goats

• 3–5 g per animal per day

• For 3–5 days

Dosage may be increased during severe stress conditions as directed by a veterinarian.

Poultry, cattle, camels, horses, sheep, goats, calves, lambs, and kids

Contraindications

• No known contraindications when used as directed

Precautions

• For veterinary use only

• Prepare fresh solution daily

• Do not mix with alkaline substances

• Avoid prolonged use at high doses

• Store tightly closed to protect from moisture

• Keep out of reach of children

• Milk: Nil

• Eggs: Nil
