Composition
Each ml contains:
Vitamin B1 (Thiamine hydrochloride) ………………… 500 mg
Excipients ……………………………………………………… q.s. to 1 ml
Pharmacological Class
Water-soluble vitamin B1 ( Thiamine)
Indications
NEURONE® Injection is indicated for the treatment and prevention of thiamine (Vitamin B1) deficiency and as supportive therapy in animals suffering from:
Anorexia and loss of appetite
Nervous disorders and neuromuscular weakness
Stress conditions (transport, heat stress, illness)
Convalescence and poor growth
Digestive disturbances affecting vitamin synthesis
Supportive treatment in metabolic and infectious diseases
Dosage and Administration
Route: Intramuscular (IM) or Slow Intravenous (IV)
Recommended dosage:
Large animals (cattle, camels, horses):
1–2 ml per animal, once daily for 3–5 daysSheep and goats:
0.5–1 ml per animal, once daily for 3–5 daysDogs and cats:
0.1–0.5 ml per animal, once daily for 3–5 days
Dosage may be adjusted according to the severity of deficiency and the veterinarian’s judgment.

Cattle, camels, horses, sheep, goats, dogs, and cats
Contraindications
No known contraindications when used as directed
Hypersensitivity to thiamine or any excipient
Precautions
Use sterile injection technique
Do not mix with other injectable products in the same syringe
Administer slowly when given intravenously
Observe animals after administration
Withdrawal Period
