Composition

Each ml contains:

  • Vitamin B1 (Thiamine hydrochloride) ………………… 500 mg

  • Excipients ……………………………………………………… q.s. to 1 ml


Pharmacological Class

Water-soluble vitamin B1 ( Thiamine)


Indications

NEURONE® Injection is indicated for the treatment and prevention of thiamine (Vitamin B1) deficiency and as supportive therapy in animals suffering from:

  • Anorexia and loss of appetite

  • Nervous disorders and neuromuscular weakness

  • Stress conditions (transport, heat stress, illness)

  • Convalescence and poor growth

  • Digestive disturbances affecting vitamin synthesis

  • Supportive treatment in metabolic and infectious diseases


Dosage and Administration

Route: Intramuscular (IM) or Slow Intravenous (IV)

Recommended dosage:

  • Large animals (cattle, camels, horses):
    1–2 ml per animal, once daily for 3–5 days

  • Sheep and goats:
    0.5–1 ml per animal, once daily for 3–5 days

  • Dogs and cats:
    0.1–0.5 ml per animal, once daily for 3–5 days

Dosage may be adjusted according to the severity of deficiency and the veterinarian’s judgment.


Target Species

Cattle, camels, horses, sheep, goats, dogs, and cats


Contraindications

  • No known contraindications when used as directed

  • Hypersensitivity to thiamine or any excipient


Precautions

  • Use sterile injection technique

  • Do not mix with other injectable products in the same syringe

  • Administer slowly when given intravenously

  • Observe animals after administration


Withdrawal Period

  • Meat: Nil

  • Milk: Nil


Storage

  • Store below 25°C

  • Protect from light

  • Do not freeze

  • Keep out of reach of children
