Lansoprazole reduces gastric acid secretion, while bismuth subsalicylate provides mucosal protection and antimicrobial activity. Digestive enzymes enhance nutrient breakdown, and organic acids support digestive balance. Added vitamins and minerals help maintain gastrointestinal integrity and overall health.
