DESCRIPTION:
GASTROGAURD is an advanced gastrointestinal formulation designed to protect the gastric mucosa, reduce gastric acidity, and support digestion in animals. Lansoprazole reduces gastric acid secretion, while bismuth subsalicylate provides mucosal protection and antimicrobial activity. Digestive enzymes enhance nutrient breakdown, and organic acids support digestive balance. Added vitamins and minerals help maintain gastrointestinal integrity and overall health.
INDICATIONS:
GASTROGAURD is indicated for:
Management of gastric hyperacidity and ulcers
Protection of gastric and intestinal mucosa
Support in gastritis, enteritis and indigestion
Reduction of vomiting, diarrhea and gastric discomfort
Support during NSAID or corticosteroid therapy
Improvement of digestion and nutrient absorption
Support during stress-related gastrointestinal disorders

DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION:
Dogs:
1 g per 10 kg body weight once or twice daily
Cats:
0.5–1 g per animal once daily
Horses:
20–40 g per animal per day
Calves:
5–10 g per animal per day
Sheep and goats:
2–5 g per animal per day
Method of administration:
Orally, mixed with feed or dissolved in drinking water.
Preferably administered before feeding.
WARNINGS AND PRECAUTIONS:
Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
Use under veterinary supervision in pregnant or lactating animals.
Use with caution when combined with other acid-suppressing agents.
Prolonged use should be monitored by a veterinarian.
Ensure adequate access to fresh drinking water.
